Traditionally, people exchanged colourful pysanky during Easter with their friends and relatives.  Having a pysanky in one's home meant to bring the owner happiness and protection. 
Kalyna's eggs are ALL hand-written using the traditional batik method (kistka (writing tool), wax and dye).
