Kalyna Ukrainian Creations stands behind all their products and therefore offers a complete 30 day unconditional money back guarantee less shipping and handling.  
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products simply return the product in it's original state and/or packaging and you will be refunded your money immediately upon it's arrival back to us. Your item must be postmarked within 30 days from receipt of your order.  
Broken or defected items, will only be replaced by the exact item or one of equal or greater value.
You may also choose to receive a credit for any return.  
Please note we cannot refund your money for and CD that has been open unless it was damaged during shipping, in which case your CD will only be replaced by the exact CD of which you ordered.
